Every number in every answer is pulled verbatim from your store’s own reports — the AI assembles the explanation but is never allowed to calculate or estimate figures on its own. If the data doesn’t contain the answer, it says so instead of guessing. That rule is enforced in the system itself, not just promised.
No. The companion plugin serves lightweight, secured data endpoints the app calls when you open it — it adds nothing to your customer-facing pages and no background weight to your storefront.
Your store data stays on your store. The app connects directly to your site with a revocable pairing key. AI questions route through our secured service to be answered and are never used for training or shared. Delete the pairing key and the connection is dead instantly.
